This course covers Conditions for International Contracts – contracting parties are from different countries – for Civil and Industrial Projects. It focuses on the FIDIC Standard Conditions of Contract and how to Benchmark your own Contract Conditions against these Industry Standards.

This course is highly recommended for those working on Projects using FIDIC Form of Contract such as Engineers, Supervisors, Project Managers, Project Lawyers, Quantity Surveyors, Contract Administrators, Engineering Department Managers, Planning Engineers, and Senior Executives wishing to understand FIDIC Contract Administration Requirements.
