Course Objectives

This course provides participants a firm basis to determine whether the project has sufficient merit to continue into more detailed phase. A well-developed feasibility study is an essential foundation to allow project analysis and design activities to commence in a focused manner. This course will focus on the definition of a feasibility study, when to utilize a feasibility study, how to develop a feasibility study, how to analyze a feasibility study, and application of project management skills.

Course Target Audience

This course is highly recommended for anyone involved in preparing, writing and analyzing feasibility studies.

Course Delivery

This course is delivered via classroom-based lecture and discussions with a case study on the last day. The course is delivered over 4 days.

NOTE: If conducted on-site client should provide classroom or other suitable quiet area with chairs, desks, whiteboard, & overhead projector.
